Love it or let us know! At LAUMIANstudio, we pour our hearts into every banner, cake topper, and party decoration we create. Because our items are made-to-order, personalized, or digital, we have a strict no-return policy, with exceptions for mistakes on our end.
Made-to-Order & Personalized Items
All our physical products are handcrafted specifically for you upon purchase. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, whether they are personalized or from our standard collection.
- If your item includes personalization, please double-check all details before completing your order. We copy & paste exactly what you provide! Note that lower and upper case will be used as shown in the design.
Digital Items (Canva Templates, Print Files)
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Since these files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we cannot offer refunds once the download link has been sent or accessed. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit or if we made a mistake (oops, it happens!), please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Take a quick photo of the item and the packaging.
- Email us at laumian.studio@gmail.com with your order number.
- We will prioritize a replacement for you or issue a full refund.
Cancellations
We move fast to get your party started! If you need to cancel your order, please message us within 6 hours of purchase. Once we start crafting your unique piece or once a digital file has been sent, we can no longer cancel the order.
