Get Ready to Party! We know you're excited to receive your decorations! Because we create every item specifically for you, please take a moment to review our shipping process.

 

Processing Time (Creation Time)

All our physical products are made-to-order.

  • Physical Items: Please allow 2-6 business days for us to design and handcraft your order before it is shipped. This timeframe may vary slightly depending on the season and current order volume.
  • Digital Items: Your files are available for instant download immediately after payment is confirmed.

 

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship physical products from United States to addresses within the United States.

 

International Orders (Outside the US)

Do you live outside the USA? We’d still love to be part of your celebration!

 

Shipping Estimates (USA)

Once your order is crafted and ready to go, we ship it via USPS/UPS/DHL (differs by product, can't be selected). Estimated delivery times are:

  • Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days (if available at checkout)
  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (if available at checkout)

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

 

Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Because our products are made-to-order and often personalized, we cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" or due to an incorrect address, the order will be disposed of, and no refund will be issued. If you still wish to receive the items, a new order must be placed. Please ensure your delivery details are 100% accurate to avoid losing your package!
